Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors,
or other signs of wear. Original tags should be attached when applicable. Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Clearance items, final-sale merchandise, gift cards, personalized or customized items, and any item marked final sale are not eligible
for return.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. WTX Pearl does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers may use the shipping carrier of their choice to send an approved return back to us. We recommend using a trackable
shipping method, as WTX Pearl is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment
provider.
Exchanges
WTX Pearl does not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, you may return an eligible item
according to this policy and place a new order, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us at
wtxpearl@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work
with you on the appropriate resolution.
